At Sehatafza, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have [7/14/30] days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements, herbal blends if opened)

  • Personal care items

  • Customized or special-order products

Please do not send your purchase back without prior confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us with photo evidence at yk1708712@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
